Your pool and priorities

Reviewing interested candidates, in your own order.

A role’s pool is everyone who has shown interest in it, anonymised.

Priorities

Priorities are your lens. Set each requirement to Essential, High, Medium, Low or Ignore and the pool re-orders. Other recruiters see the same pool in their own order; there’s no platform-wide score.

Candidates outside your experience band are still shown, in their own group. They showed interest, so they’re never hidden.

Expressing interest

When you express interest, the candidate decides whether to apply. If they apply, you get their name, contact details, full profile and a letter written in their own words. The letter is read by people only, never scored or read by AI. If they decline, they stay anonymous.

Record an outcome (progressing, hired or not progressed) and the candidate sees it.
