Staying anonymous

What recruiters see, and what they never see.

Until you apply for a role, recruiters only ever see your anonymous profile.

They see: your level, years of experience, location, work rights, work type, salary band, skills, and up to three anonymised achievements.

They never see: your name, contact details, employer names, institutions or dates.

A different code name for every role

Each role you show interest in gets its own code name, like Candidate K7QM. Recruiters can’t link you across roles.

Safety in numbers

Your anonymous profile always looks like a group of other candidates. If too few people share it, your location and experience are widened (for example, Brisbane becomes Queensland) until more do.

When you apply

Applying reveals your name, contact details, full career history and your letter to the company that posted the role, and nobody else. It can’t be undone, so you confirm it on the website, never in a chat.
