Create your profile

From resume to anonymous profile in four steps.

Once your invitation arrives, setting up takes a couple of minutes.

  1. Upload. Drop in your resume, as a PDF or Word file up to 5 MB. An AI model reads it to build your profile. It isn’t used to train AI, and the file isn’t kept.
  2. Review. Check what was found. Your level is set from who you report into and work alongside, not your job title. Add what resumes don’t say: where you’re based, salary, work rights and work type. Each achievement is shown next to its anonymised version, with names and dollar figures removed, so you can edit anything that could still identify you.
  3. Privacy check. See exactly what recruiters will see. If too few people share your profile, your location and experience are widened until more do, so it can’t be traced to you.
  4. Block your employer. If your current employer is on Silent Ridge, you’re offered a block straight away, ticked by default.

You can edit your profile or upload a new resume at any time. Changes show straight away in your anonymous profile.
