Getting started
How Silent Ridge works
The double opt-in, in one page.
Every application on Silent Ridge starts the same way, and nothing happens until both sides say yes.
- A candidate shows interest, anonymously. The recruiter sees an anonymous profile: level, experience, skills and achievements. Never a name, employer, dates or contact details.
- The recruiter is interested back, or not. Either way, the candidate is still anonymous.
- The candidate decides. They can apply, which reveals who they are to that one company, or decline and stay anonymous on that role for good.
A reveal can’t be taken back, so it only ever happens on the website, with a clear confirmation. If a role closes before anyone applies, nobody is revealed.
Who can join
Silent Ridge is invite-only while we’re in early access.
- Job seekers request early access and get an email invitation once approved.
- Companies, agencies and employers alike, request access. A person checks every company before it can post a role or see anyone.
Quiet by design
Silent Ridge only gets in touch when something real happens. See Notifications for the complete list.
